The Eighth Debt Management Facility (DMF) Stakeholders’ Forum: "Borrow without Sorrow: Prudent Debt Management in a Volatile Global Environment" will take place on May 22-23, 2017, in Vienna, Austria.

The Forum will facilitate the discussion of issues in public debt management in a changing global environment, faced by developing countries. The Forum is targeted for policy-makers and government debt managers, international and regional technical assistance providers, representatives of civil society organizations, as well as bilateral donors and multilateral development banks.
